Cancellation Policy

If you have scheduled an appointment but are unable to attend, please contact Eden to cancel or reschedule.

A deposit fee of 50% of any mobile service is required to hold your appointment time.

You may cancel your appointment with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, it is considered a late cancel and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment fee.

Please note all reflexology and reiki sessions that take place within another organization or business are subject to their refund and cancelation policy.
